According to GYLA, unidentified persons record voters outside Borjomi polling stations # 13 and # 19

The second round of elections in Kutaisi and five self-governing communities is being monitored by over 18,000 representatives of local civil society organizations. Among them is the "Young Lawyers Association." The organization informs that opening of polling stations and voting was on time, but there were several violations.

"There were several violations related to improper performance of the duties of the election commission members. Problems related to the mobile box, one case of violation of the voting secrecy. Cases of control over voter"s will and violation of the procedures of casting votes, "said Ana Natsvlishvili, chairwoman of the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association.

According to the organization, a large number of violations are reported in Borjomi. In addition, Ana Natsvlishvili states that there are unidentified persons outside the polling stations # 13 and # 19 in Borjomi who are counting voters at polling stations.
