According to the NGO, there is reasonable suspicion that in the polling station, the Ozurgeti District Independent candidate was winning and the attemt to start a disorder was a purposeful attempt to annul the results of the precinct.

However, according to "Fair Elections", the credibility of the result does not cause doubt and there is no basis for annulling the precinct.
