Ivane Khantadze, detained on Agladze Street on November 24, was sentenced to imprisonmentas preventive measure. The judge satisfied the motion of the prosecution, according to which the accused could hide from the investigation and destroy evidence.

According to the investigation, in the crowded place from where the sound of shooting was heard, 12 shells were removed.Two cars were damaged. One of them belongs to the accused himself. In the form of evidence, cartridges, shells , black masks and adhesive tape were removed, which could have been used for other crimes.

Khantadze asserts that he had found automatic weapon, while he came to buy a adhesive tape on Eliava"s market. He says he took the weapon and accidentally shot 12 times.
