The trial of defendants accused of the attempt of kidnapping "Gorgia" owner Gia Gorgoshadze will be resumed on December 5. A pre-trial session was held today, where the acceptance of evidence was approved.

The defense says that a large part of the evidence is found to be in violation of the procedural norms, and therefore requests to declare them as inadmissible. None of the four detainees plead guilty, including Ramaz Menteshashvili, who is the organizer of the group.
