Consumption of marijuana decriminalized in Georgia

The Constitutional Court has satisfied the claim of "Girchi". The citizen - Givi Sharashidze has been requesting to completely repeal the criminal liability for the Repeated consumption of marijuana.

According to the decision of the Constitutional Court, marijuana consumption in Georgia is decriminalized.

The suit was filed in court on March 4, 2016.
