The representatives of parliamentary and non-parliamentary opposition are against adopting the law with second hearing. Some members of parliamentary majority support their point of view. Non-parliamentary opposition addressed to the chairman of the Parliament and asked him to delay adoption of the law. In the text of the document, which is signed by representatives of 5 parties, are discussed specific recommendations.
The representatives of ruling party say they don`t plan to take the recommendations into consideration. They plan to discuss the draft at the third hearing.
