Eka Beselia met with the hunger strikers in prison N 8.
The Chair of the Human Rights Committee spent a few hours in the prison and studied the number of complaints.
According to her, the prisoners complained about their treatment and discrepancy of punishment. Inmates claimed that court decision were unfair and demand the revision of thier cases.
Beselia promised the prisoners assistance and asked them to stop the hunger strike.
