Decision of Poti Court, Ship registered under the flag of Russia was fined

The Court of Poti imposed 65 000 GEL fine on a ship which is registered under Russian flag. Reportedly "NEFTERUDOVOZ-21M" spilled industrial-fecal water into the sea.

The owners of the vessel have also to pay 594 GEL for environmental damage . The ship will leave the territorial waters of Georgia only after paying the fines.
