Actors from the Oscar Nominated Movie "Tangerines", which is the first film shot in Georgia to be nominated for an Oscar, accuse the  Ministry of Culture of negligence. Actors Giorgi Nakashidze and Misha Meskhi have underlined a lack of funding as the prime factor of their negligence.

Nakashidze stated that basic funding is required for the team to be represented with dignity at the event, where a film shot in Georgia will be presented for the first time in history.
