The parliamentary majority MP Merab Kachakhidze assaulted the guard,which led to a verbal confrontation.
Merab Kachakhidze tried to pass the entrance, without checking while according to inner regulation of the Parliament and the Security service the checking is obligatory for everyone including the MPs . Kachakhidze did not allow the guard to check him to inspect. He was insisiting on being let in without checking as an exception. When the guards told him that the rule could not be violated, Kachakhidze angry and began shouting and insulting the guard. The confrontation was stopped by other MPs.
