Tbilisi City Hall Audit and Municipal Monitoring Departments have given instructions to kindergartens regarding non-compliance with the obligations under the contract.with the Elf LLC.

The case concerns the violation of the terms of the contract concluded between LLC Elf and Tbilisi Kindergartens regarding providing food services.

"As it was established, LLC Elf was supplied cheese and butter which did not comply with compulsory parameters. Due to the poor and improper fulfillment of the obligations under the contract, the company will not be returned back the amount provided by bank guarantee, which is 3% of the total amount and it will be fully transferred to the children"s kindergartens bank account.
