The 841 sq.plot of land in Bakuriani and three-storey hotel located on it belongs to Gocha Gobronidze, the governor of Bakuriani. According to the document, another shareholder is Guguli Gobronidze, who owns the share of hotel apart from Gocha Gobronidze, is registered at the same address.

A few days ago, the governor also fought for increase of salaries. The situation in Borjomi Sakrebulo strained after Gocha Gobronidze attacked Nika Melia, a leader of the National Movement.

Hotel "Europe" is not the only real estate owned by Bakuriani governor. The opposition claims that he owns tens of squares of land, from which the governor also plans to earn a solid income.
