The dead miners were transferred to their homes late last night, almost 24 hours after their death. In the meantime, the victims of the mine hit in Tkibuli Mindeli were examined in Kutaisi.

Due to the tragedy in Georgia today the mourning day is declared.

In honor of the memory of the deceased miners, the state flags will be lowered on all administrative buildings today.

Flags of Tbilisi and Kutaisi parliaments, as well as government administration, have already been lowered.
