The non-governmental sector demands to raise the issue of Dimitri Kumsishvili"s responsibility. Lina Gvinianidze, the director of the Social Rights Program of the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center, notes that the government should take certain decisions immediately.

"The issue of political team"s responsibility, including Kumsishvili, should be raised," said Gvinianidze.

Gvinianidze does not hope that the investigation will result in raising the responsibility of the certain individuals.
