Ukrainian experts, who have to conclude a report on the situation in the Tkibuli shafts, are arriving in Georgia today. Experts of the field will get familiar with the existing situation within two days and present recommendations.

Their involvement is initiated by the Union of Trade Unions of Georgia. The trade unions are hoping that the report of the Ukrainian experts will be taken into consideration by the government and Saqnakhshiri.

Trade unionists do not exclude that after the conclusion, the shaft wil be closed which will leave more than 1,200 Tkibuli miners unemployed.
