"I would happy to see Gigi Ugulava win Vani-Khoni election, but there was not even 1% of this chance," Mikheil Saakashvili said on his Facebook page.

The third president of Georgia declares that "European Georgia" will be right if it joins the opposition to fight with the government.

Gigi Ugulava lost to "Georgian Dream" candidate Givi Tchitchinadze in Vani-Khoni majoritarian constituency. According to the CEC data and votes obtained by the winning candidate, the second round will not be necessary.
