The Dmanisi Survival Found addresses the Service Agency of the Ministry of Finance. The opposition demands a document confirming that the tree was purchased by them.

The Service Agency of the Ministry of Finance plans to issue a document only if the tree is transferred to another area.

"We have repeatedly addressed the Ministry of Finance with a request to issue a document. We have requested  for specific public information for many times.

They want to write a new Civil Code, which tells that the tree should not the handed to owner, that we have to dig it out and plant somewhere else,"- says Giorgi Vashadze, the Chairman of political   platform" New Georgia ".
