Political persecution and attempts to falsify evidence - "Bassiani" announces rallies

Club Bassiani"s founder, along with staff and supporters, announces the rallies.

Zviad Gelbakhiani says that the club is "a political prisoner of the government" and in the background when the Café Gallery opened, Bassiani is still sealed.

In response to Bassiani"s founder, deputy interior minister says that it is absurd to speak about the political context because the club is still under investigation and its openning has been delayed due to this reason.

At the same time, Bassiani"s founder has been interrogated at the police headquarters throughout the day.

Zviad Gelbakhiani says that if law enforcers try to impose responsibility on the narcotics appearing in the club, then the Minister of Internal Affairs should also be held accountable, because drugs have crossed the border.

Like Zviad Gelbakhiani, his lawyer is convinced that law enforcers are trying to raise the issue of responsibility for his client.

Valeri Gelbakhiani says that supposedly, for this purpose, DNA was demanded, which Zviad Gelbakhiani refused to undergo. Valeri Gelbakhiani suspects that police needs the DNA sample to falsify the evidence.
