Irakli Papava, the member of the Board of Trustees addressed NGO members publicly, with a sharp statement. The outrage of the board member was recently triggered by the research of Transparency International Georgia on the Georgian neo- Nazi groups.

The lawyer Mamuka Andguladze says that the statement is clearly insulting and homophobic, which is unacceptable and unethical from the Board of Trustees of the Public Broadcaster. Board member`s attacks are linked to the activities of the organization, which often publishes critical reports about the broadcaster.

Irakli Papava has not made any further explanations today. He does not answer phone calls or messages. Members of the board criticize their colleague"s sharp statement and say that this is not the first case of Papava makes unethical statements.
