The companies constructing a hotel in Vake Park won a dispute at the Appeal Court.

The Tbilisi Court of Appeals upheld Tbilisi City Court"s decision to cancel the Tbilisi City Hall"s decision on issuing a permit for construction of a hotel in Vake Park. This means that the Tbilisi City Hall should re-authorize the construction of the hotel.

It is not possible to change the hotel "Budapest" original project.
