"According to this statement, the Court has explicitly stated that we do not know who killed Davit Saralidze," the lawyer of one of the defendants made the statement. According to Irakli Chomakhashvili, his client was accused of murdering David Saralidze, but he was justified in this part. The lawyer says that the deadly wounds have not been placed by his client.

According to the attorney"s information, the court rectified his client"s defense and he was found guilty of intentional murder attempt instead of premeditated murder.

The attorney says that he can not understand how the prosecutor"s office will be get out of this situation because it was found that the evidence is fraudulent and investigation should start against all investigators involved in the case and the prosecutor.
