Non-governmental organizations will not participate in the selection process of the Chief Prosecutor with Tea Tsulukiani. Representatives of the civil sector will hold consultations on this issue today and compare the final positions.
The civil sector responds to the decision that Tea Tsulukiani should choose the candidate with the request that the Minister of Justice should resign. Tsulukiani has already expired the trust mandate for the NGOs.

The Minister of Justice has less than a month to select 3 candidates and present to the Prosecutors Board. Tea Tsulukiani invited non-governmental sector and representatives of professional circles to select prosecutors, but the list does not include representatives of Kakha Bendukidze"s Free University and Zurab Zhvania`s Institute of Public Affairs, which are the strongest schools in the country.
