Murder case of juveniles - Parliamentary Investigation Commission will hear the parents of the killed teenagers today

The Temporary Parliamentary Investigation Commission studying the murder case on Khorava Street in Tbilisi will hear the parents of the killed teenagers today.

At the meeting, which will begin at 10:00, together with Zaza Saralidze and Davit Dadunashvili, their lawyers are also expected.

The temporary investigative commission has been sent case materials from both the court and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"This commission was created due to the fact that these families, Zaza Saralidze, firstly brought this issue to the public and this commission was created as a result of public pressure.

We start with them, but at the next stage we will have meetings with law enforcement agencies both from the MIA and the Prosecutor"s Office, " - Sergi Kapanadze said.

In the nearest future, prosecutors and witnesses, including former prosecutor Irakli Shotadze, as well as justice and interior ministers, are expected to be questioned.

"We began to get acquainted with the case, but interrogations continue in parallel regime. The plan is to listen to all the persons who participated in this conflict and those who were not participants, but witnessed this fact or had information. Small groups will be created which will enter the penitentiary establishment and talk with the detainees, "Eka Beselia said.
