"The wrong interpretation is that we are against the Street-Ar and the fines will be imposed in this direction," Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze said about the draft law initiated in parliament.
The draft law deals with the rules of advertising, election material and other types of information on the walls of buildings.
