Zviad Kuprava and other three individuals detained with him are released.

They were accused of hooliganism and resistance to the police. Zviad Kuprava states that the decision on two-week detention has political motives. According to the Head of the Law Enforcement Reform Centre, the purpose of his detention was to get rid of Zaza Sarlidze and stop the rallies.

The father of the killed teenager Davit Saralidze says that the protest rallies are delayed because there is no government in the country yet. Zaza Saralidze spoke about the incident in the dining hall of the City Court.

"The decision regarding the canteen has already been taken by the General Inspectorate and five individuals are punished. The demonstrations have been postponed because we have no government and because we do not have the government yet, "says Saralidze.
