"Union of Trade Unions of Georgia" believes that there is a systematic problem in terms of labor safety in Tkibuli shaft, one of the reasons is the gaps in the legislation. In spite of the decision made by the company administration, the trade unions leave their own demands: impartial investigations of the accident and punishment of the perpetrators of the law; providing temporary conservation of shafts, and in this case ensurepayment of full salaries to employees. These are the requirements of trade unions.
