Giorgi Mamaladze, the Archpriestdetained in regard to the Cyanide case is ready to meet members of the Holy Synod and tell them the details of the conspiracy against the Patriarch.

As it is known, Giorgi Mamaladze has a certain information on the fact that the patriarch was advised by some individuals to leave the throne of Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia.

Giorgi Mamaladze meets his lawyers in the so-called Matrosov prison. This is the first time when Giorgi Mamaladze meets his lawyers after a meeting with the Poti and Khobi Metropolitan Archbishop Grigol.

The lawyer says that the dean will provide all the information which will be possible to make public.

"The cyanide case was, of course, one of the plans. It was directed to get rid of undesirable clergymen," says lawyer Mikheil Ramishvili.

The scandalous statement was made by Metropolitan Archbishop Grigol last week. According to him, some public officials advised the Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia to "go home" and rest.
