A Minister of the Internal Affairs has made a brief comment on the question of the Investigative Commission if a new investigation is up to start regarding Mirza Subeliani, to find out if he put pressure on the investigation.

According to Giorgi Gakharia, Subeliani is already detained and the investigation is underway. As the Minister says, if the investigation reveals Mirza Subeliani"s influence on the process, the charge will be rectified.

"He is detained and it is enough to requalify the case if additional factors are revealed," the Interior Minister said.
