Seven persons have been detained in connection with the tragic events in Tkibuli shaftes. Six persons were detained in connection with April 5th tragedy in the Mindeli Shafton April 5 and 1 on the fact of the incident that took place on on June 2.
The deputy minister of the Interior made this statement.

According to Natia Mezvrishvili, the detainees are accused of violating safety rules in mining, construction or other works.

"The investigation found that the detainees had violated the requirements of technical regulations on the safety of coal shafts.

"Despite the fact that the detainees were aware of the violation of safety rules in the Mindeli shaft, namely, they were aware that the shaft ceiling was not fortified they began works in February 2018," said Natia Mezvrishvili.
