Kakha Kaladze started today"s sitting of the government of the capital with the issue of registration of taxes. According to Tbilisi Mayor, more than 200 permits have already been issued by the municipality in two weeks.

According to Mayor, since August 21, the House of Justice will be involved in the issuing of licenses.
Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi Maia Bitadze commented on issuance of licenses.

"Our fellow citizens will be able to register easily and take a taxi permit," said Maia Bitadze.

The new regulations will come into force from October 1. All taxi drivers who have no license will be fined.
