The lawyers of the former Prime Minister and the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia are waiting for information about his health state. After accurate diagnosis, it will be decided whether or not Vano Merabishvili needs hospital treatment.

The attorneys will apply to the Court after they receive exact diagnosis of Merabishvili"s health.

Special penitentiary service does not disclose information about the former Interior Minister"s diagnosis. In the statement released, it says that Merabishvili"s life is not in danger. The results of the conducted examinations have already been sent to the attorneys.
