The Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia publishes an audio recordings dated back on July 6 between Mirza Subeliani and Victor Japaridze.

As the Prosecutor"s Office clarifies the publication of the record was decided due to high public interest.

According to the prosecutor Koka Katsitadze, three secret audio recordings have been seized from the citizen I.P, one of them has been broadcast by Rustavi2 .

"Taking into consideration the fact that one of the media outlets has already broadcast an audio file, dated back to October 11 , which allegedly reflect a conversation between Victor Japaridze, the MP and davit Tsukhishvili, we have decided to publish the recording, made on July 6,2018.

 According to one of the versions of the investigation, the case may reffer to an attempt of Mirza Subeliani, to influence the final decision on the case via false treats, and allegations, - says Koka Katsitadze.
