Non-governmental organizations and media experts respond to Bidzina Ivanishvili"s statements regarding Rustavi 2. They believe that it is a direct threat to independent TV company.

According to media experts, Rustavi 2"s editorial policy for Bidzina Ivanishvili is unacceptable and they are concerned with the opinion of Georgian Dream"s founder. They say that Ivanishvili has a direct plan against Rustavi 2.

"Threats were straightforward. He said that in a year they will show us and everyone what should be a television look like and how different opinion has to be expressed. All he did in 2 hours and 20 minutes was an advertisement for Rustavi 2, "said Ninia Kakabadze.

According to Lika Basilaia-Shavgulidze, the founder of the information portal "Europe for Georgia ", Ivanishvili"s statements were absolutely inadequate. Basilaia- Shavgulidze said that there is no problem for Ivanishvili in the country, the only important issue for him is Rustavi 2.
" It was annoying what we saw yesterday. Absolute inadequacy. There is no problem for him either corruption or the episode of a cellar or the alleged pressure in physical form, this person has no problem at all, the main problem is the existence of Rustavi 2, "said Lika Basilaia-Shavgulidze.

According to Tornike Sharashenidze, the founder of the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center (GSAC), Bidzina Ivanishvili has lost the perception of reality.
