Non-governmental organizations and cargo transportation companies accuse Georgian Railways of corruption and protection of monopolies.
Private companies claim that they have signed a contract with the railway for transporting oil products and have raw materials, but the railways hinders their transportation.
According to them, monopoly is protected by Petrocas, a subsidiary of "Ronssef" and "Lukoil" .
Representatives of civil sector and private companies say that besides the listed two companies, the railway does not allow anyone to work.
