The third sector names persons resposible for printing of false IDs in favor of Salome Zourabichvili for the second tour of elections. The Head of Transparency International Georgia says that 10 days ago the State Services Development Agency held a meeting and head of the agency Soso Giorgadze and Head of the Internal Audit Office of the Agency Bezhan Obgaidze were ordered to superwise the printing of false D cards.

"We are also aware that this leads to some high-ranking officials. Soso Giorgadze, Head of the Agency and Bezhan Obgaidze, Head of the Internal Audit Office of the Agency are instructed by the State Services Development Agency itself, "Eka Gigauri said.

According to NGOs, the government is preparing for rigging of the second round of presidential elections.

According to the Civil Sector, fraudulent ID cards will be distributed by the following schemes: one person receives 5 IDs and only his photo is identical while the rest of the information differs so that he is able to vote for Salome Zourabichvili at different presincts.
