Between the  promises, which Ivanishvili made in 2012  but never fulfilled were cheap money and reduction of bills for three times . But shortly after the elections, the tone of Ivanishvili"s relations with the  population and the promise list has radically changed. He said that the promise about tariff reduction was excessive.

One of his promises was low prices on product. Among them fuel. According to Bidzina Ivanishvili the previous government artificially increased price on the fuel. But after the election, Ivanishvili failed to find a single GEL in the pocket of Saakashvili received from petrol. In spite increase taxes and fuel prices as well.

With taxes, interest rates should be reduced as well. 

The promises of reducing prices on medicines failed as well.  Amount of social assistance and pensions has not  doubled.

Ivanishvili has forgotten his main promises about the creation of hundreds of enterprises.
