Prime Minister names poverty as the main challenge for the country. Mamuka Bakhtadze spoke about it in "Biltmore", where he presented his annual report.
According to the Prime Minister, the existing economic policy was not adequate to the problems that Georgia has.
"Georgia faces two painful challenges. This is an occupation and this is poverty, this is our national task. We have significant results in this regard. We could manage to reduce poverty by about 10% If we look at the structure of our economy, it is clear that we have the greatest backwardness. The main source of poverty was the economic model of the country,"- said Bakhtadze.
