Great Britain submitted to the Georgian government Jack Shepherd extradition request .
According to the British edition, the UK Prosecutor"s Office confirmed that the country"s law enforcement agency sent a request for extradition to the Georgian authorities, but it remains unclear when it was officially requested, as the latter did not comment on the matter.
As it is known, on January 29th, Jack Shepherd refused to be extradited in a simplified manner. His attorneys say that the trial on extradition will begin in the coming days, but a specific date when the case will be considered at the city court is unknown yet. Attorneys have not commented on the case.
