If Gakharia"s statement exists, it is a serious charge - the Public Defender makes this statement. Nino Lomjaria is ready to discuss this issue with one of the founders of TBC Bank.

The ombudsman says that this issue needs a legal reaction. According to him, the TBC Bank"s case will be included in the annual report of the Public Defender.

"This is a very heavy charge and if it is confirmed, very serious reactions are needed not only from the Public defender but from he law enforcement agencies as well," Lomjaria said.
