Another attack on Mamuka Khazaradze - consideration of Lisi lake case was resumed in the court

The Lisi lake case - the dispute that the Court of Appeal has declared as the case with expired statute of limitations , has been accepted by the Supreme Court .
From 2012 Mamuka Khazaradze"s former business partner Ramaz Akhvlediani has been insisting that he was forced to give away the property on the Lisi Lake by the former government. Ramaz Akhvlediani accuses Mamuka Khazaradze and claims that Khazaradze had a deal with the government and seized shares . Ramaz Akhvlediani complained to the Prosecutor"s Office in 2012, appealed to the court but failed to achieve results for years. The Prosecutor"s Office did not recognize him as a victim and he lost the case in the court of two instances. The first instance judge considered the claim groundless, and the second instance declared the statute of limitations expired.
A few days ago, the Supreme Court received the case with expired statute of limitations for consideration.
It is true that the Supreme Court has not yet made a decision, but the exception was made by the third instance court when an orchestrated attack, as Mamuka Khazaradze said, started. The second factor, which is interesting, is that Ramaz Akhvlediani`s lawyer since 2012 has been Shalva Tadumadze"s spouse, Mzevinar Ansiani.
Ramaz Akhvlediani was deprived of license for Lisi lake water and last year on July 11, when the prosecutor"s board chose Shalva Tadumadze as the chief prosecutor candidate , the court returned Lisi lake license to his wife`s client. It was his first victory in a long-term dispute.
