Aleksandre Akhalkatsi, who was released from prison in 2012 as apolitical prisoner, accuses police of violence.

Akhalkatsi claims that the law enforcers have beaten him severely on Zurab Zhvania Square.He says that after informing the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the patrol police seized the phone and took him to the pre-detention isolator.

Akhalkatsi is being examined in Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau.
