TBC Bank Case - NGO "Transparency International Georgia" is asking for answers to 11 questions.
The organization estimates that there are many suspicious circumstances in the case. Why the Financial Monitoring Service started to study the transaction of TBC Bank of 2008 and why the Prosecutor"s Office did not get interested in the statement made by Mamuka Khazaradze in Parliament when he accused the Presidentof the National Bank and his deputy of alleged pressure.
