Within a few hours the owner of the "Global Teacher Prize" will be known. Georgian teacher Lado Apkhazava is in the top ten. Abkhazava`s competitors are teachers from the US, Kenya, India and Australia.
Before announcing the top five, contestants held master classes in the frames of teachers" forum and shared their experience with teachers of other countries. Among them was Lado Abkhazava, whose presentation was followed by a great response. Besides, Georgian teacher has become an ambassador for "Global Teacher Prize". Lado Apkhazava is a civic education teacher at the public school in the village of Chibati in Lanchkhuti municipality.
