Persons detained at solidarity rally at Chavchavadze Avenue were released late last night - case will continue in court


The persons detained at the Solidarity rally on Chavchavadze Avenue were dismissed late last night , but before that they were questions for several hours in the police station.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs accuses all six persons of violating Articles 166 and 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which implies violating of the public order and not obeying the lawful request of the police.
The case hearing will continue in court in the near future. The questioning of the detainees took place in the Vake-Saburtalo police station.
"The case will continue in court, but one thing I want to say is that the state will not be able to protect the killers, we will continue this, even if we have to go through all the procedures that we have passed," -Vakhushti Menabde said.
Nino Lomjaria, Public Defender was present at the Chavchavadze Avenue as well as at the Police Department.
