Crashed cars turned up in several central locations in Tbilisi. Who and for what purpose installed the cars remains unknown.
As "Rustavi 2" was told, a private company in agreement with the Mayor"s Office has instaled the cars. Reportedly, from the beginning, the company"s demand was not to be named.
