The demonstration was held at the Khelvachauri Police Department - assembled blame law enforcers in abuse of power. According to them, the police detained 4 people so that they did not explain the reasons to  them. The lawyer is also talking about the violation of legal procedures, which demands an investigation into the fact of obstruction.
"They did not say anything, they showed us the documents only after they pushed them into the car," said Irma Overadze, the mother of one of the detainees.
According to the MIA, two persons have been detained on the basis of a judge"s ruling and they are accused of hooliganism. The incident happened in early March. As for the other two persons, they are accused of opposing the police.
