Sosa Gogashvili, the former deputy head of the State Security Service makes firs comments regarding Malkhaz Machalikashvili. He said during a phone interview with Rustavi 2 that there was no doubt that the terrorist act was really planned.

According to the former senior State Security official, he was advised to strengthen security measures, but Gogashvili does not specify by which agency was he warned.

He suspects that Malkhaz Machalikashvili is deliberately misled regarding the special operation in Pankisi, which resulted in the death of Temirlan Machalikashvili.

Gogashvili does not specify who provided him with incorrect information.

" This person was misled as if I was there and I ordered to shoot . s if I was involved. This is a lie and absurd, I was not there. Now I can not speak to you, because the investigation is in progress, but the time will come and you will know the truth," - Soso Gogashvili said.
