"It is not excluded that Malkhaz Machalikashvili will be detained ," said Malkhaz Machalikashvili"s lawyer Mariam Kublashvili.
Malkhaz Machalikashvili is already in the State Security Service. He has come to the Agency recently.
Gomelauri`s agency blames Machalikashvili in plotting a terrorist act against Soso Gogashvili. His lawyer ,Mariam Kublashvili hopes that her client will not be detained because there is no sufficient evidence.
Mariam Kublashvili also speaks about the questioning in the presence of the Master judge. Kublashvili says that Malkhaz Machalikashvili is merely summoned as a witness and does not represent the party and therefore does not have the right to demand interrogation in the presence of a judge.
The State Security Service is conducting an investigation into the attempted terrorist attack. The State Security Service has released an audio recording where the agency claims that Malkhaz Machalakashvili is talking to his nephew and asks him to track Soso Gogashvili. The investigative agency has already questioned Malkhaz Machalikashvili"s nephew.
