Murder on Khorava Street -Tbilisi City Court sentenced D.Gh. to 3 years of imprisonment for giving false testimony today. However, the prison term was reduced by one-fourth to 2 years and 3 months. He was detained in the courtroom.

The decision of the court was followed by protest from the detainee"s father.
