Russia"s influence on Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions and gross violations of human rights against ethnic Georgians are considered separately in the chapter dedicated to Russia. Thus, the British side imposes responsibility on Russia for the restriction of free movement of ethnic Georgians, education, health and property rights.
